SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS
Swimming Pools Rules and Regulations subject to change without prior notifcation
- 1. Please shower before entering the swimming pool.
- 2. There is no pool attendant on duty. Please use the swimming pool at your own risk.
- 3. Children below 16 years old should be accompanied and taken care by adults.
- 4. Smoking is not allowed.
- 5. Please keep and check your own belongings before leaving.
- 6. Please do not wear glasses or contact lenses while swimming.
- 7. Please do not use phones and photograph others. Damage of these items is not the resort's responsibility
- 8. Sharp objects, ballgames, water gun, littering and loud music are not allowed.
- 9. Please do not wear diapers, slippers, shoes, sandals, foot fins, snorkels, wetsuits and accessories.
- 10. Please do not swim under the influence of alcohol, drugs or on medications.
- 11. Only swimwear is allowed. Topless and nude sunbathing are prohibited.
- 12. Please do not wear sunbathing oil while swimming.
- 13. Sunbeds are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- 14. Please do not remove towels from premises.
- 15. Running, diving and jumping are strictly prohibited.
- 16. Foods, alcohols and beverages are not allowed.
- 17. Please do not bring fragile items.
- 18. The hotel accepts no liability for any loss, damage to personal belongings, any injuries and accidents.
- 19. Please do not enter or stay at the swimming pool with symptoms like fever, cough,shortness of breath, infectious and skin diseases.
- 20. The hotel will have the right to close the pool in bad weather condition or maintenance, etc.
- 21. Guests are encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool. The hotel has the right to charge IDR 1 million/ time for deep cleaning if the pool area is seriously contaminated.
